This estate is a personal favorite, heavily influenced by my favorite house in my hometown. It is beautifully proportioned to fit in with the lot and the surrounding houses. It derives its keystones, transom mullions, roof shape, facade details, columns, and trim detail from the Greek Revival language of architecture. Fresh white wood cladding and a grey slate roof complete the house.
