Awarded a Michelin Star this past fall (along with numerous other accolades), this newly opened Chicago eatery did not disappoint. The crowded space was teeming with energy and chatter as we perused the menu (from which we wished we could try everything). Ultimately, my mom and I ordered and thoroughly enjoyed:

Sourcing from local and regional farmers whenever possible, the combination of flavors and foods was incredible. This is definitely one of the most exciting eating establishments in the city.
