Tomato, Basil, Fresh Mozzarella
Cooking and sharing food with friends makes for great fun, happy memories, and an enjoyable meal. After digging out the car buried in snow and picking out a variety of toppings at Hyde Park Produce, my roommate, his girlfriend, and I dove into the kitchen to begin dicing, slicing, and pouring our recent purchases onto tortillas for a delicious pizza extravaganza. Enjoy the pictures of the pizzas (unfortunately poorly lit) though you won't enjoy them as much as we did.
