Located in a small village in the countryside of the Czech Republic, the goal of this new house was to produce a design that would fit into the surrounding visual context. Respecting the removed dwelling, this house reuses the stones from the ruins of older buildings. The overall exterior form adheres to traditional Czech rural houses while the interior embraces open, modern living spaces.
