Only a few days after enjoying a delicious slice of quiche at Bittersweet Pastry Shop (here), we decided to make our own. As with the pot pie, Stephanie and I made our own crust, this time with rosemary. Inside, we placed sliced ham and feta cheese and then poured the egg and half & half mixture. We topped it off with oven-roasted tomatoes and rosemary. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour before taking a bite, but it was worth the wait!
