This house is designed to fit a typical city or village-suburban lot. Thus, the floor plan is restricted to a long, narrow plot of land. Folding exterior doors and balconies maximize the space by diminishing the barrier between indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is finished with wood cladding and white stucco. The finish, in addition to the proportions of the home, are designed to fit in with traditional, city homes.
